Brightwater Condos & Towns is a new condo, townhouse and office project by Dundee Kilmer Group, Dream, DiamondCorp & Fram + Slokker and is currently in pre-construction. Units will range from 500 square feet to about 938 square feet. The estimated completion date for Brightwater Condos & Towns is set for May 1, 2023.
Brightwater II is the second building and will be 14 storeys with 23 mixed condo units and 15 townhomes. Units will be a mix of one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, two bedroom and two bedroom plus den layout. Units will start from the 460 square feet for condo and 1,115 square feet for townhome. The estimated completion date for Brightwater Condos & Towns is set for May 1, 2023.
