XO 2 Condos

XO2 Condos is a new condo development by Lifetime Developments & Pinedale Properties and is currently in pre-construction. XO2 architect is designed by Turner Fleischer Architects and CORE Architects. The new project will be located at 1182 King Street West in Toronto. The major intersection is Dufferin Street & King Street West.

XO Condos 2 is the second phase of Lifetime Developments XO Community in Liberty Village. XO2 Condos will be 19 storey tower with 410 mixed condo units. Units will be a mix of studio, one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, two bedroom, two bedroom plus den and three bedroom layout. Units will range from 406 square feet to about 1,045 square feet.  The estimated completion date for XO 2 Condos is set for Fall 2024.
