Union Village Towns

Union Village Towns & Homes is a new townhouse and single family home project by Minto Communities Canada & Metropia and is currently in pre-construction. Union Village architect is designed by RN Design. The new project will be located north of 16th Avenue and Kennedy Road in Markham.

Union Village Towns & Homes is the master planned community coming to Markham. Union Village will be a collection of 30′ detached homes and townhomes. Townhomes will be a collection of Back-to-Back, Rear-Lane and Traditional Towns. Units will be a mix of three bedroom layout and four bedroom layout. Union Village has a total of 176 units. Units will range from 1,283 square feet to about 3,202 square feet. The estimated completion date for Union Village Towns & Homes is set for Fall/Winter 2022.  Sales for available units range in price from $799,900 to over $919,900.
