Glendor Towns

Glendor Towns is a new townhouse project by DVLP Property Group Inc. and is currently in pre-construction. Glendor Towns architect is designed by Chamberlain Architect. The new project will be located at 1335 Plains Road East in Burlington. The major intersection is Plains Road East & Brant Street.

Glendor Towns will be a collection of 34 townhomes. The site will have 5 standard town units along the northern half of the site, 17 back to back town units on the southern half and 12 back to back town units on the eastern side of the site. Units will be a mix of three bedroom layout and four bedroom layout. Units will have large private rooftop and backyards with walkout decks. The estimated completion date for Glendor Towns is set for Fall/Winter 2021.
