Crosstown Condos is a new condo project by Aspen Ridge Homes and is currently in pre-construction. The new project will be located at 844 Don Mills Road in North York. The major intersection is Don Mills Road & Eglinton Avenue East.

ONE Crosstown Condos will be the first phase which will consist of two towers, East and West Towers. Units will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom layout. The estimated completion date for ONE Crosstown Condos is set for November 2023.
