Pre-construction is presently underway on the new Lakeview Village Condos condominium development by DECO Homes, Tridel, Opus Homes, Branthaven Homes, and Caivan Communities. Sasaki Associates Inc. is the firm that designed Lakeview Village. The new development will be situated in Mississauga at 1300 Lakeshore Road East. Dixie Road and Lakeshore Road East form the main intersection.

The newest master-planned community on Lakeshore Road in Mississauga will be Lakeview Village Condos. The 177-acre development will contain urban beaches, waterfront walks, marina recreation areas, homes, a park, stores, boutiques, cafes, schools, and office space. In addition, the neighbourhood would create a 64-acre conservation area for natural habitats. There will be a combination of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.The anticipated date of completion is still unknown.
