High Park Urban Towns

High Park Urban Towns is a new townhouse project by Caliber Homes and is currently in pre-construction. High Park Urban architect is designed by RAW Design. The new project will be located at 15086 Yonge Street in Aurora. The major intersection is Wellington Street West & Yonge Street. High Park Urban Towns will be a collection of 55 urban townhomes. Units will be a mix of two bedroom layout and three bedroom layout. Units will range from 530 square feet to about 1,520 square feet. The estimated completion date for High Park Urban Towns is set for Fall 2023. High Park Urban Towns will feature indoor amenities such as: 9ft Ceilings, Hardwood Flooring, Granite Counters, Extended Upper Cabinets, 5 Appliances and Central Air Conditioning. Outdoor amenities will include: Central Parkette, Rooftop Terraces, Underground Parking and more.
