Valhalla Town Square – South Tower

Valhalla Town Square – South Tower is a new condo project by Edilcan Development Corporation and is currently in pre-construction. Valhalla South Tower architect is designed by Page + Steele IBI Group Architects. The new project will be located at 2 Gibbs Road in Etobicoke. The major intersection is The East Mall & Bloor Street West.

Valhalla Town Square South Tower is part of Etobicoke’s most successful master-planned community by Edilcan. Valhalla South Tower will be 40 storey tower with mixed condo units. Units will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom layout. Units will start from the 400’s. The estimated completion date for Valhalla Town Square – South Tower is still unknown.

Valhalla Town Square South Tower will feature street level shopping and retail space. Building amenities will include fitness centre, yoga studio, spa-inspired pool, party room, kid’s zone and landscaped outdoor terrace. Suites will have urban design with contemporary luxury with stunning lake and city views. Residents at Valhalla Town Square will have access to a private shuttle service to the subway and Sherway Gardens.
