Untitled North Tower Condos

Reserve Properties and Westdale Properties are now in the pre-construction phase of their new condo development, Untitled Toronto Condos. IBI Group is the architect behind the unnamed Toronto building. The new development will be situated in Toronto at 110-120 Broadway Avenue. Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue East form the main intersection.

Untitled Toronto: “In collaboration with international super star Pharrell Williams, we created condominiums at Yonge & Eglinton.” Two towers with a combined height of 33 and 21 stories make up Untitled Toronto Condos, which will have 751 mixed-use condo units. A 9-story platform will connect the two towers. The south tower will be built in phase 1 and the north tower in phase 2. There will be a mix of studio, one, and two bedroom apartments. Every apartment has a balcony. The size of the units will range from 307 to around 1,094 square feet. Untitled Toronto Condos are anticipated to be finished in December 2023.

There will be 34,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity area at the Untitled Toronto Condos. Indoor/outdoor pools, spas, indoor/outdoor co-working areas, kid’s play areas, state-of-the-art gyms, yoga studios, basketball courts, and rooftop dining areas with pizza ovens and grills will all be available as amenities. The structure will have a two-level underground parking garage with a total of 261 parking spots, including 212 spaces for residents and 49 places for guests. There will be 86 guest spots and 740 resident spaces for a total of 826 bicycles on the first level of the garage.
