Unioncity Condos

Pre-construction is under underway on Metropia’s brand-new condominium development, UnionCity Condos. In Unionville, Markham, the new project will be situated on Enterprise Boulevard. Enterprise Boulevard & Birchmount Road make up the main intersection.

New luxury apartments in Unionville Markham will be part of the master-planned city-within-a-city known as UnionCity. A mixed-condominium tower will house UnionCity Condos. There will be a combination of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. The size of the units will range from 441 to about 1,233 square feet. September 2027 has been designated as the anticipated completion date for UnionCity Condos.
