Raglan House

The pre-construction phase of Camrost Felcorp’s new condo development, Raglan House Condos, is presently underway. IBI Group created the Raglan architect. The new endeavour will be situated in Toronto at 77 Raglan Avenue. St. Clair Avenue West and Bathurst Street make up the main intersection. The 225 mixed-use Raglan House Condos will be a 26-story structure. There will be a combination of one, two, and three bedroom units. The size of the units will range from 538 square feet to 2,482 square feet. Raglan House Condos are anticipated to be finished in January 2027.
