Q Tower Condos

The pre-construction phase of Lifetime Developments & Diamond Corp’s new condo development, 200 Queens Quay Condos (Q Tower), is currently underway. Wallman Architects created the architectural design for 200 Queens Quay. The new endeavour will be situated in Toronto at 200 Queens Quay West. Lower Simcoe Street and Queens Quay West form the main intersection. The 59-story Q Tower will have 918 mixed-use apartments. There will be a combination of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Q Tower Condos’ anticipated completion date is not yet known.
