Q Condos On Queen

Momentum Developments is in the pre-construction phase of their new condominium development, Q Condos on Queen. ABA Architects Inc. created Q architect. At 20 Queen Street North in Kitchener, the new development will be situated. Queen Street North and Duke Street West make up the main intersection.

There will be 239 mixed-use condo units in the 34-story Q Condos tower. There will be a combination of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. 452 square feet to around 1,019 square feet is the size range for the units. The Q Condos on Queen are scheduled to be finished in the middle of 2026.
