The Daniels Corporation and Emshih Developments are currently in the pre-construction phase of their new condo development, Oakville Yards Condos. Kirkor Architects Planners created the Oakville Yards architecture. In Oakville, at 351 Dundas Street East, the new development will be situated. The location is in Upton Oakville, next to Trafalgar Road and Postridge Drive on the north side of Dundas Street East. Trafalgar Road and Dundas Street East form the main intersection.
The mixed-use Oakville Yards Condos will consist of two towers connected by a 7-story atrium. There will be a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts in the units. The Oakville Yards Condos’ anticipated completion date is not yet known.
