North Oak Condos at Oakvillage

North Oak Condos at Oakvillage is a new condo project by Minto Communities Canada and is currently in pre-construction. The new project will be located at 3315 Trafalgar Road in Oakville. The major intersection is Dundas Street East and Trafalgar Road.

North Oak Condos is one of the phases of the master-planned community by Minto at Oakvillage. North Oak will be tower with mixed condo units. Units will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom layout. The estimated completion date for North Oak Condos is still unknown.
