Kith Condos

Pre-construction is now underway on The Kith Condos, a brand-new condominium development by The Daniels Corporation. Kirkor Architect + Planners created the Kith architect. In Mississauga, at 2475 Eglinton Avenue West, the new development will be situated. The main intersection is at Eglinton Avenue West and Erin Mills Parkway.The Kith Condominiums will be the latest development in Mississauga’s Daniels Erin Mills Master-planned community. 316 mixed-use condo units will be housed in the 15-story Kindred Condos tower. The layouts of the units will range from studio to one to three bedrooms. The size of the units will range from 417 to around 1,074 square feet. May 2025 has been designated as the anticipated completion date for Kith Condos.
