Highmount Condos

Kingdom Development is now pre-constructing the new condo development known as Highmount Condos. Architects created the Highmount Architect. The new endeavour will be situated in Markham at 4077 Highway 7. Birchmount Road and Highway 7 are the main intersection.

On 14 acres of land, Kingdom Development is a master-planned community that will have multiphase condos. One of these, Highmount Condos, will be an 8-story tower with 2100 mixed-type condo units. There will be a combination of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Highmount Condos’ anticipated completion date is not yet known.

This property is tucked between Unionville and the town of Markham, providing access to both towns’ wealth of activities. The Unionville GO station and Highway 407 are both easily accessible from this project, which is close to Highway 7 and both. Staff and students at either York University’s Markham Campus or Seneca College’s Markham Campus can travel there in a short amount of time. CF Markville is a close-by shopping centre where you may shop conveniently.
