Exchange District 3 Condos (EX3 Condos) is a new condo project by Camrost Felcorp and is currently in pre-construction. Exchange District architect is designed by IBI Group Architects. The new project will be located at 151 City Centre Drive in Mississauga. The major intersection is Burnhamthorpe Road East and Hurontario Street.
