Bloor Promenade

Pre-construction is under underway on Tridel’s brand-new condominium development, Bloor Promenade Condos. Bloor Promenade will be situated in Etobicoke at 64 Cordova Avenue (Islington/Bloor).

The third tower of Tridel’s Islington Terrace Community is named Bloor Promenade. The 44-story Bloor Promenade Condos will have 395 mixed-use condo units. On the ground floor of the structure, there will be stores. Bloor Promenade Condos are expected to be finished in 2021.
