The Development Site will consist of two proposed residential structures fronting on Steeles Avenue East. The Master Plan Area is part of a Regional Corridor/Key Development Area, an Intensification Area, the Metrolinx Steeles Mobility Hub, and is near the proposed Yonge Street Subway extension. The concept will contribute to the Thornhill Secondary Plan’s goal of re-urbanizing the Yonge Street and Steeles Avenue Corridor, as well as the intended high levels of residential and employment development inside a Major Transit Station Area. A landscape area and private green space will be included in the planned Master Plan Area.
