399 Yonge

Pre-construction is now underway on Capital Developments’ new condominium development, 399 Yonge Condos. Teeple Architects created the 399 Yonge building. In Toronto, the new project will be at 399 Yonge Street. Gerrard Street West and Yonge Street are the main intersection.

There will be 828 mixed-use condo units in the 75-story 399 Yonge Condos tower. There will be a combination of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. 399 Yonge Condos’ anticipated completion date is still a mystery.

The Church – Yonge Corridor neighbourhood of Toronto is home to 399 Yonge Condos. This project is handy and accessible thanks to its scores of 100 for transit and 98 for walking. For TTC access, it takes 2 minutes to walk to College Subway Station. Students and workers can walk to Ryerson University in one minute, and to the University of Toronto St. George Campus in sixteen.
