River and Fifth Condos

Pre-construction is now taking place on Broccolini’s brand-new condominium development, River & Fifth Condos. Graziani + Corazza Architects created the River & Fifth architect, and U31 created the inside. In Toronto, the new project will be situated at 5 Defries Street. Dundas Street East and Bayview Avenue form the main intersection.

580 mixed-use condo units will be found in the 37-story River & Fifth Condos tower. Stucco, one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, two bedroom, two bedroom plus den, and three bedroom units will all be available. The size of the units will range from 474 to 884 square feet.
