Pre-construction is now underway on Metropia, Capital Developments, and RioCan REIT’s new condominium development, 11 YV Condos. Sweeny & Co Architects Inc. and GBCA Architects created the 11 YV architect. In Toronto, the new project will be situated at 11 Yorkville Avenue. Bloor Street West and Yonge Street form the main intersection.

The 62-story tower housing the 11 Yorkville Condos will have 716 mixed-use condo units. The layouts of the units will range from studio to one to three bedrooms. The size of the units will range from 404 to about 1,056 square feet. Spring 2024 has been specified as the anticipated completion date for 11 YV Condos.
