Emblem Developments’ newest condo development, The Design District Condos, is now in the pre-construction phase and has furnishings from Louis Vuitton. IBI Architects created the Design District building. The new endeavour will be situated at Hamilton’s 41 Wilson Street. James Street North and Wilson Street make up the main intersection.
