The Clair Residences

The Clair Residences is a new condo project by Great Gulf and Terracap Management and is currently in pre-construction. The Clair Residences architect is designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects. The new project will be located at 1421 Yonge Street in Toronto. The major intersection is Yonge Street & St. Clair Avenue West. The Clair Condos will be 34 storey tower with 14 rental units and 163 mixed units. Units will be a mix of one bedroom, one bedroom plus den and two bedrooms. The Clair Residences will feature two double height floors of retail space with a total of 21,045 square feet. The building will have two lobbies with two separate elevators for the residential floors.
