199 CHURCH CONDOS

199 Church Condos is a new condo project by CentreCourt Developments and is currently in pre-construction. 199 Church architect is designed by IBI Group and GBCA Architects. The new project will be located at 199-201 Church Street in Toronto. The major intersection is Church Street and Dundas Street East.

199Church Condos will be 37 storey tower with 464 mixed condo units. Units will be a mix of studio, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom. The estimated completion date for 199 Church Condos is set for 2023/2024.

199Church Condominiums have underground parking garage which will contain 79 spaces. 199 Church Condos will have about 10,000 sqft of outdoor amenities like entertainment lounge, dining oasis, pet walking area, outdoor fitness are and outdoor games area. The building will also have 10,000 sq ft of indoor amenities like shared co-working space and lounge, private study pods, four guest suites, 24-hour fitness centre and 24 hour concierge.
